Havana in Chester wins national customer service award

Fiesta Havana in Chester has been officially named Customer Service Champion in a national awards ceremony.

Fiesta Havana on Watergate Street scooped the award at parent company, Stonegate Pub Company’s annual conference and awards. It beat off stiff competition from across the pub company’s 625 pub estate to win Best Customer Service Pub. Described as a little piece of Cuba in Chester, with its infectious rhythms, sizzling dishes and second-to-none mojitos, the bar was chosen for the award based on a number of factors including customer feedback.

Daniel Ellis, general manager of Fiesta Havana in Chester will be rewarded, alongside other national winners, with a once-in-a-life-time trip to South Africa in January. He will be treated to 5-star luxury during his stay in Sun City and enjoy a visit to one of the nearby game reserves where he and his fellow award winners will experience the African bush in all its glory, home to the Big Five; leopard, lion, buffalo, rhino and elephant.
