Lee Ryan from top selling chart band Blue will be paying a visit to Reflex on Croydon’s high street on Thursday 29th March where he’ll showcase his vocal talents.
“We’re delighted to host Lee Ryan,” said Gary Nicolls, manager of Reflex, which is owned by national pub operator, the Stonegate Pub Company. “I’m sure lots of our customers would have had posters of Lee and the boys from Blue adorning their walls, so now’s their chance to meet Lee. He’ll be performing a couple of songs for us and we’ve also arranged for a limited number of people to meet Lee and get their photo taken with him.
“We’re releasing a limited number of tickets on a first come first served basis where for £10 you’ll be allowed free entry into Reflex, a glass of bubbly upon arrival, a seat in the VIP section of Reflex and special wristband which will gain you access to Lee. To book a ticket, all you need to do is fill in the booking form at www.reflexcroydon.co.uk. We’ve already had a phenomenal response regarding Lee’s appearance, in fact, we’ve been helping to find accommodation for two ladies who are coming over from France especially to see him!
“Last year, members from the boy band Five played at Reflex and the response from our customers was just fantastic – there was singing and screaming simultaneously which I’ve never heard before!
“We’re really pleased to be able to bring acts like Lee and Five to Croydon, a lot of people think that Reflex is about only playing 80s music, but we’re so much more than that. We’re all about creating a friendly atmosphere and playing great music that fills you with nostalgia and gives you the chance, even if it’s for one night only, to remember the good old days!”
Reflex will be open from 7pm-3am on Thursday 29th March. Entry is free before 9pm.
