Simon Lucas from the Stonegate Pub Company, the company that own and operate the William Foster said: “We’ve introduced some great new dishes on the menu including the Boozy Beef Pie which was created by one of our chefs in a pub in Weybridge as part of a company competition - it’s definitely worth a visit for the pie alone!
“We’ve been chatting to our customers and we’ve had lots of feedback about how people like to have a snack over a drink or two so we’ve introduced the new sharing plates to suit that occasion. The sausage plate sharer is really tasty and I think they are set to become a favourite on the menu.”
