South American bar, restaurant and nightclub Salsa! has introduced its brand-new menu, bringing the best of South American cuisine to the capital.

Offering a delicious selection of Latin-infused dishes, latest additions to the Salsa! menu provide something for every palette – though some pack more punch for those that can handle the heat! New dishes such as the slow-cooked Pork Hock Feijoada, cooked in a hearty South American sauce and the Chimichurri Chicken served with spicy rice deliver tasty treats and are considered to be favourites from the continent. For something slightly lighter, the refreshing Feta and Watermelon salad drizzled with honey and the Tabasco Tuna salad both served in crispy tortilla baskets, provide the perfect offering. What’s more, the brand has also expanded its Tapas selection, adding the likes of the Chilli Tuna Skewers to the menu, providing bite-sized pieces of chargrilled tuna, dusted in tabasco spice that are perfect for sharing. To finish off, the brand-new Coconut Sundae served with a shot of Havana Club 3 year old rum, will cool down customers’ taste buds with creamy indulgence.

The rich ingredients this continent champions doesn’t only make for great food, but also for flavoursome cocktails that are hard to turn down. Customers can complement their meals with brilliant blends that are popular in South America – the new Watermelon Caprioska is perfect for summer, combining vodka with refreshing watermelon and sugar. If vodka isn’t your spirit of choice, the bar’s Caribbean Pornstar shakes the classic cocktail up with a Latin twist; a blend of Red Leg spiced rum with Passoa and Wray & Nephew rum, topped with pineapple juice and vanilla syrup.

For something with a bit more spirit, then the Signature range of cocktails are for you – these cocktails have been created by the talented team at Salsa. The #InstagramBlossom mixes Gancia Prosecco with sugar syrup, and finishes off with a touch of candy floss to enhance the sweet flavour and the Atomic Tonic shakes things up with Bombay Sapphire, Gordon’s sloe gin, fresh passion fruit and bubbly tonic. Whatever spirit or flavour takes your fancy, each cocktail is made to perfection by Salsa!’s passionate and expertly trained staff.

Throughout the week, the bar will continue its much-loved salsa classes, topping them off with daily deals that provide extra value for customers.
