Located in the heart of Solihull, the Slug and Lettuce is set to re-open its doors this 11th April following a swanky makeover.
Adding an extra layer of glamour, the £400,000 refurbishment will reaffirm the bar’s position as the go-to place, be it a “Fast & Fresh” lunch, a quick cocktail with friends or to party the night away. Transforming the venue completely, the interior has been modernised throughout and decorated in the signature Slug and Lettuce style with minimal yet elegant decor.
A brand-new terrace area will be arriving just in time for the summer months, ensuring that guests can sip and eat alfresco style and with the addition of two new cocktail masterclass stations, customers will be able to learn the in-depth secrets of Cosmopolitans and Mojitos alike. With a significant upgrade of both the sound and light system, those in need of a celebration will be able to party the night away.
With the most extensive cocktail list ever, no one could be disappointed; from the brand’s signature cocktail, the Pornstar Martini to classic Cosmopolitans or new additions such as the Ciroc Mango and Apple Vodka Ciroc Mojitos. With 2-for-1 cocktails from 4pm – 10pm every day as well as £11.45 bottles of wine on Wine Down Wednesdays, 2-for-1 Gin and Tonics to celebrate Tanqueray Thursdays and £12 bottles of prosecco until 10pm for Fizz Fridays, there are deals for all!
The extensive food menu will also entice every palette. Taking inspiration from around the globe, the selection includes everything from Superfood Salads to the Seafood Mixed Grill and delicious Deli Burgers.

Our newly refurbished terrace is really important ahead of the summer months – putting other sites to shame!”
