We are in the hospitality business so for us, ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience in our pubs and bars is our primary aim. We couldn’t do that without great people, so investing in our people’s development, giving them a clear, achievable career structure, is of utmost importance. This award is not just for our HR team but for every single employee who works so hard to make our business the success it is.”
