The Penny Theatre, on Northgate in Canterbury, will be hosting a tribute evening on Sunday 5th May, dedicated to celebrating the life and work of Keith Flint and The Prodigy. All proceeds and donations will go to local charity Take-Off, which supports people with mental health issues in East Kent.

Customers will be able to support the charity by making a donation upon entry to the Penny Theatre. In return, fans of the late Keith Flint, lead singer of The Prodigy, can expect to hear many of the hits from the band’s seven incredible albums.

On the decks, doing both Keith and the band justice, will be local DJ Lady Luck. Artist Sam Head also gave up her time to help the cause by designing a poster to promote the event.

Jamie Lee Kirkman, Deputy Manager of The Penny Theatre and Andrew Kesby who organised the event said: “Take Off does such great work to help people who are living with mental health issues. As a team, we feel strongly that mental health needs to be talked about and the stigma around it lifted. I hope people will give as generously as they can.”
